The Board of Trustees of Chigwell Riding Trust is made up of a group of volunteers. Between them they have a wealth of experience, not just with horses but in many other specialised fields, finance and investment, the law, education, farming, local government and the medical profession, to name but a few. The combination of these and other skills combine to ensure that Chigwell Riding Trust is governed in the most efficient and effective way possible.
The picture to the right shows a board meeting taking place, not one of ours, in fact I have no idea who this lot are. If you have seen one board meeting then you really have seen them all.

Chigwell Riding Trust is fortunate to have as Manager one of the most remarkable and respected figures in the field of riding for special needs.
Deborah Hall has been at Chigwell Riding Trust for 30 years and has been the Manager for over 25 of those years. She has steered its progress through these years and through a huge re-building project to make it the centre of excellence that it now is. With her many contacts in the local community and extensive knowledge of horses, Deborah has generated tremendous interest and support, without which the Trust could not function.
Deborah was awarded an MBE in 2009 for her services to disabled people in Essex.
Deborah is now the most busy person in the whole world.
